With the purpose of helping all of us that at any time wanted to start a Blog, I thought it would be helpful to create a tools page that lists all the resources that I used to create this blog and any other tools that I use and that I find useful. In the process of creating this blog I have tried to keep costs at a minimum, so whenever possible I have chosen free alternatives to paid services as long as quality was not an issue. Hopefully they can help you as much as they have helped me. Enjoy!

Hosting

  • Godaddy logo tools

    Godaddy

GoDaddy is pretty much the number one company in regards to domain listing and buying. I have searched for others but in the end none could beat the price offered by GoDaddy. I have to confess that this was pretty much the reason why I chose GoDaddy. This and the fact that being the number one must mean they are doing something right, I have not needed it but I believe their support to be very good.

  • Bluehost logo tools

    Bluehost

Bluehost is one of the best if not the best hosting company on the internet. Very easy to use interface coupled with superb customer service made me choose this hosting provider. Being new to the blogging world I had some issues when creating this blog, due to my own fault, that were very well handled by the support service. Also very important  to me was that the staff offered to refund my purchase at any time if I ever felt unsatisfied with the service.

  • WPML logo tools

    WPML

WPML is the multilingual plugin for WordPress that allows me to write this Blog in two languages. Having tried some free alternatives I found them lacking specificaly in regards to WordPress integration with other plugins. Depending on your objetives I definitely recomend you give this plugin a try and decide for yourself.
